The Hamlet team, along with its many incredible consultants, have been working extremely hard since our successful redistricting of the area and upzoning in January of 2023. Our goal is and has always been to deliver an amenity-rich project of the highest quality, while providing the largest amount of open space for the public throughout the site and the Saugatuck waterfront. We had our first Special Permit hearing with the Planning and Zoning Commission Monday, March 10th at 6pm. At that meeting, all of our consultants put together pre-recorded video presentations to ensure no details were missed, and the project was explained thoroughly from every perspective.
